People Development HR Supervisor - Build HR Systems from Scratch
PT. Woodlam Indonesia Abadi is a dynamic and growing company in the wood processing industry, located in Jakarta Timur. We are looking for a People Development HR Supervisor to join our team and lead the transformation of our HR systems. This is a unique opportunity to build HR systems, KPI frameworks, DAP (Development Action Plan), and LCP (Leadership Competency Program) from scratch. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
As a People Development HR Supervisor at PT. Woodlam Indonesia Abadi, you will work closely with the management team to understand their needs and develop HR solutions that drive business success. You will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, performance management systems, and succession planning. You will also be involved in employee engagement initiatives and talent development programs.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HR systems, KPI frameworks, DAP, and LCP from scratch
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Conduct performance management reviews and provide feedback to employees
- Develop and implement succession planning to ensure business continuity
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture
- Collaborate with the management team to align HR strategies with business goals
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to ensure continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on people development
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
- Strong knowledge of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
