📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Set up and operate audio-visual equipment for live events, productions, and installations
• Work closely with event planners, production managers, and technical directors to ensure seamless event execution
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support as needed
• Maintain and calibrate audio-visual equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and purchase equipment and accessories
• Document technical setups, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference
• Participate in pre-event meetings and technical rehearsals to ensure smooth event execution
• Stay up-to-date with the latest audio-visual technology and industry trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an AV Technician or in a related role
• Proficient in operating and maintaining audio-visual equipment, including projectors, screens, sound systems, and lighting
• Familiarity with audio-visual software and control systems, such as Extron, Crestron, or AMX
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
