• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the commercial team.
• Design and deliver engaging e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching sessions using Articulate 360 and Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to align training programs with the company's strategic objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify training requirements and opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting and analyzing feedback from participants.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to the commercial team, ensuring continuous learning and development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in commercial training and development.
• Report on the progress and impact of training initiatives to the regional manager and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on commercial training.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering e-learning modules and workshops.
• Strong knowledge of Articulate 360 and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform training and development strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
