📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to qualify them for sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Use CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage and track customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive our sales targets.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve engagement strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound customer engagement or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
