Kimia Yasa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT ERP Quality Assurance professional to join our dynamic technology team in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ensuring that all software developments meet our high standards of quality and reliability.

As an IT ERP Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and performance of our ERP systems. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough testing of ERP systems to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
• Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and resolve defects.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases using tools like TestRail or JIRA.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that new updates do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software quality assurance.
• Provide regular status reports to the project manager and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on ERP systems.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium or Appium.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
