📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the dialysis unit, ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Coordinate patient schedules and ensure timely and efficient treatment sessions.
• Monitor and maintain medical equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
• Conduct patient assessments and manage treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and post-treatment care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dialysis nursing.
• Certification as a Dialysis Nurse (e.g., Certified Dialysis Nurse, CDN).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of medical software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
