📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the management and optimization of our online storefronts on platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Implement and monitor e-commerce strategies to improve customer experience and increase sales.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and drive online traffic.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of our e-commerce initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce to continuously improve our online operations.
• Provide training and support to the e-commerce team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing online storefronts and optimizing sales performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other data analysis tools is a plus.
