📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management systems.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor stock levels and order fulfillment to meet customer demands.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.
