Tanggung Jawab:
Design and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum and learning objectives.Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.Collaborate with other educators and department heads to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning experience.Develop and maintain lesson plans, worksheets, and other instructional materials.Monitor student attendance, behavior, and participation in class.Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, best practices, and technologies.Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters respect, diversity, and collaboration.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a formal or non-formal education setting.Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methodologies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.Passion for education and a commitment to excellence.Valid teaching certification or license, as required by law.🛠️ Keahlian
