As a DFX Scan Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our semiconductor products through advanced testing and analysis techniques.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform Design for Testability (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis on semiconductor designs.,Develop and implement test plans for semiconductor devices, including scan-based testing, functional testing, and memory testing.,Analyze and debug test failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure testability and manufacturability of semiconductor products.,Conduct failure analysis using advanced tools and techniques, such as fault isolation, silicon debug, and yield enhancement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest semiconductor technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve test and analysis processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, with a focus on scan-based testing and failure analysis.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor test equipment, including ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) and DFT tools.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Tcl for test program development and automation.,Experience with industry-standard test languages, such as STIL (Standard Test Interface Language) or WGL (Wafer Test Language).,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and yield enhancement techniques is a plus.
