📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage revenue and cost accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and reconciliation.,Maintain and update financial records and systems.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants and finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Certified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a must.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
