📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training and support.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and its products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and CRM software.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
