Warung Gita Electronics is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively to maximize sales.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve store and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics industry.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
