📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Organize and execute sales promotions, events, and campaigns to drive customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Train and develop sales consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and customer preferences.
