🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.
