Net Point Ekspansindo is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Maintain employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.,Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve HR processes.
