📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with talent acquisition processes, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Support HR operations by maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation.
• Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and team-building events.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefit administration.
• Conduct research and analysis to support HR decision-making.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns and social media marketing for HR initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
