📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and menus.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met by following health and safety regulations.,Prepare and serve meals to staff and guests in a timely and efficient manner.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen procedures and policies.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the head chef or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
