Optima Property Pratama is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost control and budgeting.,Coordinate with the property management team to ensure accurate financial reporting for each property.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the property management industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with property management accounting practices is a plus.
