Adecco is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Thread/Yarn Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the textile and garment industry. You will work closely with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the textile industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the textile and garment industry.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.,Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.,Manage and close sales transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Work with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the textile or garment industry.,Strong understanding of the textile industry and its supply chain.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
