📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, quick start guides, and API references.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.,Create and maintain technical diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to support documentation.,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials that highlight product features and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, with a strong portfolio of work.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
