📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of interior fit-out projects, including contract administration, procurement, and project coordination.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.,Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Monitor project budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.,Ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.,Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during project execution.,Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any concerns.,Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, particularly in the interior fit-out industry.,Strong understanding of contract law and legal requirements.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of project management tools and software is a plus.
