📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Coordinate with managers to understand departmental needs and ensure staffing requirements are met.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to improve our processes.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
