CV Sakti Lautan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and financial staff.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and financial statements.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
