📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance and progress.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
