LAMANSUA Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to make a difference in our organization.

As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Support the HR team in other projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in English is a plus.

Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
