At AEON MALL Sentul City, you will work closely with interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to transform retail spaces into vibrant and functional areas. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with vendors, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all fit-out projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities, including cleaning, landscaping, and security.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the fit-out process of new stores, including coordinating with interior designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure that all fit-out projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of AEON MALL Sentul City facilities, including cleaning, landscaping, and security.
• Coordinate with the facility management team to address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of retail spaces to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure that new tenants are provided with a high-quality fit-out experience.
• Monitor and report on the performance of fit-out projects and facility maintenance activities.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the fit-out and facility management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fit-out and facility management, preferably in a retail environment.
• Certification in Facility Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and best practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
