As a Domestic Staff, your mission is to streamline our booking processes and manage logistics schedules. You’ll handle customer inquiries, coordinate with our fleet of vehicles, and ensure timely deliveries. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process customer bookings using our in-house booking system.
- Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Monitor and update logistics schedules using our tracking software.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and deliveries.
- Assist in the organization and distribution of cargo.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational regulations.
- Provide regular reports on logistics performance and customer feedback.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics coordination.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with logistics tracking software such as SAP or similar systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
