In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Bartender in managing the bar operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining the bar's inventory. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Bartender in managing bar operations, including staff scheduling and training.,Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle cash transactions and manage the bar's inventory, including restocking and ordering supplies.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all guests.,Monitor and report bar sales and performance metrics to the Head Bartender.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of bar policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Knowledge of various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their preparation.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handling certificate and ID card.
