Crown Shop Dinamis is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor inventory and ordering to ensure efficient stock management.,Assist in planning and executing special events or promotions.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Prepare and present reports on restaurant performance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high service standards.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
